Who Am I?

I am a registered Morgan. I am affectionately called “Shrek”. I love to jump and love things that engage my mind such as side passing at a trot. I have a ground eating trot that is extremely easy to post to. I do voice commands and even can occasionally read my rider’s mind. I have a sweet disposition that is close to perfect. I am a dark bay that sheds out in the summer to look like a dappled dark buckskin. I won Grand Champion Gelding All Breeds at the Rocky Mountain Morgan Show in 2008. I also placed very well in Hunter Hack and Jumping classes. I have been used extensively on trails, but that gets boring. I cross rickety wooden bridges and all manner of streams and water features. I have been called a "surfer dude" because I am so laid back and relaxed. I can turn on the energy when needed...but always controllable. I enjoy looking at the scenery, too and occasionally take time out just for that purpose.
